Day 1 Meet and Greet at Munnar hotel. Later Tour Briefing with participants. Late afternoon shoot in and around Chithirapuram and Karadipara view points. Twilight shoot of Munnar town.

Day 2 Sunrise shoot at Old Munnar area. Breakfast and day long excursion to Marayoor area via Anamudi Peak view, Talayar estate view and Lakkam falls. To be followed by a memorable evening cultural show (Kathak and Kalaripayattu) in a local heritage village.

Day 3 Sunrise shoot in Munnar outskirts. After breakfast, check out from hotel and head to explore Top station area via Kundala lake and Yellapatty village view and myriad tea estates. Head to Suryenelli hotel after that (via the lovely Periyakanal Falls) and shoot evening /night naturescapes.

Day 4 Early morning jeep ride to Kolukkamalai view point. Tea Factory visit after that and later breakfast and check out from hotel. Head back to Munnar town via shooting Anairangal Dam, Devikulam and Lockhart Gap areas. Reach town, lunch, souvenir shopping and tour closure.

Tour is Ex-Munnar i.e., it starts, ends and covers for expenses in Munnar.

This will be a Budget trip. We’ll ensure that stays are at comfortable properties, on a twin sharing basis.

Last night stay will be in an offbeat hostel property tucked in tea estates. A deliberate choice to stay close to nature and Kolukkamalai sunrise spots.

Travel will be in comfortable Tempo Traveller vehicle

Female participants are most welcome. Single occupancy will be provided as needed.

Non photography participants are most welcome too, but at the same cost as photography participants. Also, they should be willing to accept the pace of the tour as photography trips tend to be slower than usual leisure trips.

The core theme for this excursion would be shooting and learning nature landscapes and travel photography

Astro/Night time landscape shoots shall be conducted as per weather dynamics at locations

Rising really early in mornings for pre-dawn/sunrise shoots

Shoots extending into or at times, done during evening twilights and/or night hours for astro-landscape photography (Will be a bit weather contingent, expectedly)

Respect for the place and people, at all times

Consideration and camaraderie with fellow participants during shoots and tour in general

Adherence to general Covid protocols at all times

We'll try our best to enable participants do soak in the local culture be it in terms of people interactions, trying out local cuisine or even a general sensitization about the places that we'll visit.

A Whatsapp group shall be formed before the tour start, to facilitate communications and logistics

50% of the tour cost (i.e, Rs 15,000) to be paid in advance for booking confirmation. Remaining 50% (i.e, Rs 15,000) to be paid 10 Days before the tour.

Cancellation fee : 25% of the tour cost uptill 10 days prior, 100% of advance after that.

In case due to any unforeseen circumstance, a participant wishes to leave in between the trip, no refund shall be provided.

Tour plans are contingent to Covid situation. If the tour cancellations occur due to the same, then full refund shall be provided.

In case of mid tour cancellation due to any unforeseen event/natural calamity or any situation beyond our control, no pro-rated refund shall be provided.
